"Woke up with an almost flat tyre, and drove to First Stop with no appointment or even a phone call. They offered repair or replace, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was charged only £22 in total, and think both the service and value were excellent. There is also free tea/coffee in the waiting area, with a donation bucket, for a very worthy local charity, so if you like beverages, and good causes, it may be worth having small change."

"Suspected slow puncture on way home...went to First Stop and Marcus inspected my tyre. Had picked up some debris which was stuck to the tyre and was promptly removed by Marcus. Tyre was fine. Offered Marcus a payment for taking up his time and he refused. First Class customer service. 10/10"
