This time around was no different, car booked in 08:30 and the MOT Tester started straight away, an hour long rigorous MOT test(as it should be) and all done. Asked the guy on the front desk if he could check when my service was due, absolutely no problem, off he went and sorted that out for me. It’s difficult to find good help these days in the motoring world as everyone seems to be trying to pull a fast one, these guys all come across as being very helpful, professional and understanding and I will continue to take my cars here for tyres, brakes, all manner of repairs, services and MOTs. Great that you can wait and have a coffee in the reception area which is convenient and they have a tv to keep you occupied. "Really proactive business, miles better than anywhere else ive been. I took my car in for an alignment the other day, and after the alignment it i noticed it still pulled to the right a bit. I returned to the garage and let them know, and the friendly manager immediately got onto it, he checked the alignment and it was dead on perfect. He took the car on a short test drive and agreed it was still pulling. Himself and a colleague carried out diagnostics and identified the root cause to be the rear axle slightly out of alignment. He printed off a report using the 4 wheel alignment machine and made some suggestions about the rear axle. If I ever need to go to a garage again, this place would come to mind immediately. Really switched on manager, unlike fomula one autos cannock 🫣"
