"Discovered I had a slow puncture on the evening of 23rd December. Arrived at 8am on Christmas Eve to be told that the tyre could not be repaired. My tyres are specific (my choice, but last time I had to wait 3 days). I was told they would do their best to get me one but it would probably be after Christmas 😕. I was then phoned a couple of hours later to be told my tyre had arrived 🙂. Wonderful service especially during this time of year."

"I have been into ETB tyres in Worcester twice this year for tyre pressure issues. First instance was on Saturday 15th February and second was on Wednesday 19th November. On both occasions I was greeted by welcoming staff and never made to feel like a stupid woman even though that was how I felt. They sorted my issue and got me swiftly back on the road in no time even though it was visibly busy. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the chaps name that served me in February but it was Russell that helped me in November.
