"Discovered I had a slow puncture on the evening of 23rd December. Arrived at 8am on Christmas Eve to be told that the tyre could not be repaired. My tyres are specific (my choice, but last time I had to wait 3 days). I was told they would do their best to get me one but it would probably be after Christmas 😕. "I have been into ETB tyres in Worcester twice this year for tyre pressure issues. First instance was on Saturday 15th February and second was on Wednesday 19th November. On both occasions I was greeted by welcoming staff and never made to feel like a stupid woman even though that was how I felt. They sorted my issue and got me swiftly back on the road in no time even though it was visibly busy.
