"So grateful for the swift action! Had an unexpected flat whilst at work so went to the nearest garage on a wing and a prayer, hoping they'd be able to resolve. The gent on the desk (Mark I think) was friendly and helpful, said they'd try to repair in the first instance, but confirmed stock was available for immediate replacement if not. "Dropped is because I had a flat and after the quick fix being stuck on the tyre I needed a quick replacement. Mark on the desk was friendly and seemed more than happy to see me just drop in, gave me options of budget, mid and top range tyres. Gave me time line of how long to expect someone to be able to get onto it of an hour. Had the tyre fitted and me back out the door in 45 mins, top service for a drop in. Would definitely pop back again!"
