"I was driving along the A41 running late for an important appointment when my car started to make a strange noise. I pulled over to a petrol station and found my under tray had come loose. I thought I was going to need to get my car towed but I was directed to Ellis Autos just down the road. I turned up with no booking or call. When I told them what was wrong, the mechanic George, came and looked uder the car, then proceeded to jack my car up on the spot and remove ithe undertray so I could continue on my way safely telling me to go and get a new one. I ended up making the appointment on time. There was not charge - George was just happy to help. Now thats 5 start service. It was a brief encounter but I can't recommend them for friendly quick service highly enough."
