When I told them what was wrong, the mechanic George, came and looked uder the car, then proceeded to jack my car up on the spot and remove ithe undertray so I could continue on my way safely telling me to go and get a new one. I ended up making the appointment on time. There was not charge - George was just happy to help. Now thats 5 start service.
