"Over the past two and a half years I have tried four different garages in and around Banbury. Each of them have issues with poor communication, extortionate prices, long waiting times to get booked in and then long waiting times to get the car back and, worst of all, poor quality of work meaning you have to go somewhere else to fix what someone else has bodged. I have had none of this at Deano's. The communication is great and very responsive. No long waits (i.e. weeks) to get the car booked in and the turn around speed from receipt to receiving the car back has been very impressive. Less than 24-hours on all occasions. Their prices are fair for the work they put in and it is all clearly explained in advance and after the work is done. Recommendations are made on what is best to do but the customer is always in control, and they don't take offence if don't take their recommendations! Quality of work has been excellent.
