"I was having a few issues with my insignia. It was under warranty with a well known dealership in Banbury but they were giving me a 4 week lead time. I called Deanos on a bank holiday monday (they answered) and he had it in the next day. Issue diagnosed, fixed and rectified in a couple of days. I will now be using Deanos for servicing, mots and repairs going forward. Fantastic young man who is going to go far. Big shout out to Ron who kept me informed every step of the way. 5 star service."

What started as a really stressful and difficult situation with my Audi quickly became manageable because of the way they handled everything from start to finish.
