"I can’t thank Deano enough. I was travelling up the M40 in heavy rain when my windscreen wipers suddenly stopped working — not exactly the situation you want to be in on a motorway. I pulled off at Banbury and found Deano’s garage hoping for some help. Despite being busy, Deano immediately stopped what he was doing and took a look.
