"I discovered Gary and his team at Bond Motor Services after being delivered to the door in the early hours by an RAC recovery driver. I broke down on the M32 and was rescued. Gary was so professional, kind, calm and explained everything. He talked me through what they would do, how long it was likely to take and was very considerate. I was made a cup of tea and settled in a seating area upstairs with a television. I was there all day - they did an extremely professional job , treated me with great kindness and I even had a call the next day to make sure I had got home ok. If I lived in Bristol I would never use a different garage. Top class service - thank you Gary and team very much indeed."
