First Stop Refer & Reward – External version
This Promotion is organised and hosted by Bridgestone Europe NV/SA, UK Branch trading as First Stop (First Stop).
1. The First Stop Refer and Reward Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents (Covering therefore, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who fall into any of the following categories:
a) A supplier, agent or customer of Bridgestone or First Stop; or
b) A First Stop Franchisee.
2. This Promotion shall not apply to Bridgestone or First Stop staff.
3. By participating in the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. The Promotion has no purchase requirement.
5. This Promotion opens on 28/6/21 and shall continue until 31/12/22, unless otherwise communicated by First Stop (Promotion Period)
6. This Promotion requires a participant to refer a fast-fit centre / garage to the First Stop Franchisee network in England, Scotland or Wales (Referral). Northern Ireland fast-fit centres and garages are excluded from referral and shall not form part of this Promotion. This shall not prevent a resident in Northern Ireland from participating and making a referral of a non-Northern Irish fast-fit centre or garage.
7. Each Referral will entitle a participant to be eligible to receive a £500 Amazon voucher, PROVIDED that:
a) The Referral is made during the Promotion Period.
b) The Referral is not of an existing First Stop Franchisee.
c) The Referral is not of a fast-fit centre or garage that is already a First Stop franchisee prospect with the First Stop UK team.
d) The Referral is a fast-fit centre or garage based in England, Scotland or Wales.
e) The fast-fit centre or dealer enters into a 5 year First Stop Franchisee agreement.
f) The Referral has been submitted via the referral form on the First Stop website during the Promotion Period. https://www.firststop.co.uk/refer-and-reward
8. If 2 or more participants refer the same fast-fit centre or garage, the first to make the Referral that satisfies the conditions under paragraph 6 above shall be eligible under this Promotion.
9. Subject to paragraph 7 and 8, a £500 voucher will be emailed to the individual that made the Referral. The voucher shall be issued after a period of 1 month from the fast-fit centre or garage operating as a First Stop franchisee.
10. No cash alternative may be given.
11. This Promotion is only open to UK residents.
12. First Stops decision as to the eligibility of any Referral made shall be final.
13. Personal data relating to a participant will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation for the purpose of fulfilling this Promotion. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this Promotion and for no other purpose(s). By proceeding with this Promotion, you agree to the processing of your personal data, which includes your full name, email address, phone number, and postal address.

15. First Stop reserves the right to substitute to an alternative incentive of at least equal value in circumstances that make this necessary.
16. First Stop reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time which shall be effective upon written notice to you.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
18. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

First Stop Refer & Reward – Employee version
This Promotion is organised and hosted by Bridgestone Europe NV/SA, UK Branch trading as First Stop (First Stop).
1. The First Stop Refer and Reward Promotion (“Promotion”) is (with the exceptions made under condition 2) open to employees of Bridgestone who are UK residents.
2. This Promotion excludes:
a) Employees Grade 5 and above,
b) Any staff members involved in running or managing the Promotion;
c) Employees working as part of the First Stop UK team.
If you are unsure which grade you are in or whether you fall into any of the categories at (b) or (c), please confirm before proceeding.
3. By participating in the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. This Promotion opens on 28/6/21 and will continue until 31/12/22, unless otherwise communicated by First Stop (Promotion Period)
5. This Promotion requires a referral of a fast- fit centre or garage to the First Stop Franchisee network in England, Scotland or Wales (Referral).
6. Northern Ireland fast-fit centres or garages are excluded from referral and shall not form part of this Promotion. This doesn’t prevent an employee resident in Northern Ireland from participating and making a referral of a non-Northern Irish fast-fit centre or garage.
7. Each Referral made will allow an employee to be eligible to receive £500 paid into their salary (which shall be taxable), PROVIDED that:
a) The Referral you make has been made during the Promotion Period.
b) The Referral is not of an existing First Stop Franchisee.
c) The Referral is not of a fast-fit centre or garage that is already a First Stop franchisee prospect with the First Stop UK sales team.
d) The Referral is of a fast-fit centre or garage dealer based in England, Scotland or Wales.
e) The fast-fit centre or garage enters into a 5 year First Stop Franchisee agreement.
f) The Referral is submitted via the referral form on the First Stop website. https://www.firststop.co.uk/refer-and-reward
8. If two or more participants refer the same fast-fit centre or garage, the first to make the Referral that satisfies the conditions at paragraph 7 above shall be eligible as part of this Promotion.
9. A £500 payment (taxable) will be paid (subject to conditions 7 and 8) to the person that makes the Referral. It shall be paid in the next payroll after a period of 1 month from the fast-fit centre or garage operating as a First Stop franchisee.
10. First Stop’s decision as to the eligibility of any Referral made shall be final.
