"Such an amazing garage!! Booked in for our boot to be fixed, and few days before my alternator died. Recovery took it to a different garage for the alternator, which turned into such a headache and drama! Despite Venture 4x4 being about a month waiting list, they did my alternator as well as my boot when we demanded the car picked up from the worlds worst garage and taken to the wonderful Venture by the same recovery people. I can not praise Venture 4x4 enough. They were absolute gems, I kept them fully in the loop and when they finally received my car (recovery company issues) they kept me fully in the loop and even confirmed when they finally received my car! I was a brand new customer, however I was treated like I’d been a loyal customer for several years! I’ve done nothing but sing their praises to everyone I’ve spoken to. They kept me calm, no mean feat when a crappy garage in Banbury and a recovery company was making my blood boil! I do not hesitate in recommending this very professional and wonderful garage!!
