"Great service and attention to detail. Took my Audi A3 for towbar and 13pin electrics to be installed. Also installed cruise control as wasn’t part of the original configuration. Plus replaced a brake disk back plate and some other rattly bits (don’t know what but they did) all very professionally and good value. They clearly know their way around VAG cars. Thank you."

"If I could add six stars I would !!!!! We broke down on a slip road towards the motorway The RAC came ( 2 hrs ) they did keep me informed of time. Try his best the RAC technician couldn’t solve the issue. He made contact with the Mot centre in Kendal and he towed me there. The RAC arranged for overnight accommodation ( travel lodge ….big thanks ) Craig from the Mot centre was helpful from the beginning He arranged a courtesy car and kept reassuring me all will be ok. The following day he asked me to keep in contact , [I had previous commitments , ) He phoned to tell me that they had located the problem with the car and it was available to collect the following day. That sinking feeling when your car breaks down on a wet and windy day with lorries wIzzy passed you on a road leading to the motor way is one I’d not wish on anyone It’s very clear to me that Craig and his team are geared up and know their craft But perhaps more importantly is the customer interface relationship He could tell I was down …..events had overtaken the day From the very start he offered reassurance and support For which I’m truly thankful to have met with this guy . The car repair worked 100% I drove. A couple of hundred miles on the motorway to get back home …no issues . My advice If your in need of a no nonsense help and support answer then Contact Craig Holt Because he delivers !!!! And…he is a good egg !!!!! Eric"
