"Having taken a trip from Southport to the lakes, we found ourselves with a mechanical brake fault that made it unsafe to complete the home trip on a cold November Saturday afternoon. Faced with being stranded until Monday, we found Craig's team at 15:00, the garage closed at 12:30, but they were still busy working on their own cars in their own time. The team diagnosed the problem over their lunch, even offering us some while we waited and chatted. Craig then set to work calling round a list of contacts that might have parts. Nowhere was open, but Craig pressed on calling in favours for people to go from their home where available to check if they had the parts we needed. 30 minutes on, he struck gold, and he found someone who had the parts and was able to drive back into the office, pick them up and drop them at the garage. Once delivered, the team jacked the car up and set about it like an F1 pit crew. They had brake discs and calipers off and replaced in not much longer than it took to make and drink a cup of tea while Craig chatted and kept us company until he was needed to assist the rest of the team. I couldn't fault or thank them enough. Right from turning up during their own time they made us feel welcome and reassured that they'd work hard to get us back on the road. The centre does MOTs and all types of repair work with specialism in Audi and VW. We were so impressed and happy with the work and the service, that we will no doubt make the journey back for any car works we need in future. Each member of the team was knowledgeable and friendly, displaying really high levels of customer service. The centre was clean and well organised. I highly recommend coming here"
