S H Service Centre @ MK1 customer reviews
"I recently used SH Service Centre for an MOT. The service from start to finish was excellent. Communication was great, they have a nice waiting area for customers, staff were really accommodating and very professional"
"Very grateful for everyone’s help at this place. I was asking them so many questions but not once did they seem frustrated or make me feel silly. They serviced my car and got it ready for a re test on my MOT. They also gave me some very helpful, honest advice on another matter."
"I honestly can’t recommend Charlie, Lindsay and the whole team at SH highly enough. The service is always excellent and they consistently go above and beyond to help. My car has been particularly troublesome recently and has needed to go back and forth a few times while an issue was being resolved. Every time, it’s been dealt with quickly, professionally and with absolutely no fuss. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Charlie is brilliant at explaining exactly what’s wrong in a way that actually makes sense, and he’s always happy to help diagnose other issues, offer advice and talk through the options rather than just handing you a bill. Lindsay is equally delightful to deal with — friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. You really feel looked after by the whole team. I’d especially recommend SH from a woman’s perspective. Garages can sometimes feel intimidating or, unfortunately, a little condescending when you’re a woman — I’ve never felt that here. I’m always treated with respect, everything is explained properly and I completely trust the advice I’m given. Please do support this garage — you genuinely won’t regret it. It’s rare to find such a diamond of a business: one that makes you want to stay loyal to them and recommend them to absolutely everyone."
"Great service and friendly staff! I was in a pickle and needed an emergency MOT - they were able to fit me in the same day! Was all very straightforward, highly recommend. Thank you!"
"Good, honest garage with competent staff and decent prices. Have had both cars in for an MOT (and one for a service) and they are efficient and straightforward. Can't recommend them enough!"
"Follow up comms response - still missing"
"Will did a great job changing all 4 tires on my car outside my home. Done in less than an hour, and walked me through what he had done afterwards. Great service, would highly recommend."
"Great service & MOT. Will definitely use again prices are reasonable and honest lads that work there!!!"
