"Had a front tyre with sidewall damage, I saw a senior person at KB Tyres who confirmed the tyre would need to be changed. He told me the all in price which I agreed and he ordered the tyre, and asked me to return in the afternoon. I did, I also had a claim to submit to try and recover the tyre cost. After arriving my tyre was replaced by one of the team, the person I had seen in the morning then advised about taking photos etc for my claim, he was very informed and knowledgeable. I paid for the work done and Julie in the office went out of her way to assist me in completing the online claim form. Which was a real help to me. I cannot thank all the staff at KB Tyres at the Old Bus Depot enough they went above and beyond, especially Julie. I have no hesitation in recommending this depot,"
