"Going the Extra mile with Exceptional service!! Even after I was sent Two reminders about the expiration of my MOT , I forgot to book it in . Panic 🫨 sets in …. I go into the branch with two days left before it expires! There , I got greeted by a lovely lady , in an awesomely clean , bright , nice smelly reception area . I think my panic was heard as she quickly proceeded to ask her manager if they could squeeze me in somewhere . To my astonishment they proceeded to arrange a gap for the same day at 3 !
