"Five stars for this great team. I happened to be in Kelso visiting family from the midlands and got a puncture that needed fixed before the long drive back. Really helpful lovely woman on the phones and reception who told me to just come in, no appointment necessary. Drove straight in the team got started on fixing my puncture which was a huge screw through the inner section of the tire. The team fixed the tire and paid and out the shop within 23 minutes. Really great friendly service. Highly recommend."

"After waking up with a flat tyre this week and having to deal with the RAC nearly 30 hours and giving up and sorting it myself Caroline was lovely she got me a tyre sorted within 3 hours and kept it for me while I was waiting on recovery. When I eventually got there I was greeted with a smile and after they had a busy day it was perfect timing for the 4 lads standing like an F1 team ready to fix my tyre, and within 10 mins my car was good to go (I even left before the recovery guy) thanks to all who made a stressful day and a half so easy at the end"
