"Rac rescued me last week after my tyre blew out and my spare didn't fit so Rac used one of his spares and took me straight to ETB where the staff were amazing car straight in to get the rac man's tyre off so he could get back on the road. "It’s wonderful to experience a workplace whereby the person running it, appears to absolutely love their job and treats the customer with the right amount of friendliness whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is key to their operation. I watched Lee, the centre manager, communicate with customers and his team members, with the absolute respect and courtesy but in a fashion like you were his best ever customer or top employee of the month. Clearly his team was short of staff (I ONLY knew this as a member of staff mentioned it to his customer) however Lee’s professionalism enabled him to not only run the front of office, but roll his sleeves up and get on with the job in hand. I only pulled up for a wheel alignment and within 30 minutes max the car was done and keys in hand. So so impressed, I would highly recommend this place, purely based on Lee and his team."
