"My car was making an odd sound and I was worried something might be wrong so called etb as they fitted my last tyres. They fitted me in the next day, checked everything out and assured me it was likely a judder with the brake discs that shouldn't need attention for now. They were very helpful and didn't charge me anything for looking at the car!"
