"Many thanks to Conor for his kindness today. I am an older lady who knows nothing about cars. One of the tyres was making a lot of noise, and I found a large screw sticking out of it. I managed to drive the car to ETB before the tyre went flat. I had no appointment but the team sorted it all out within an hour. Unbelievably Conor didn't ask for any payment - even though the team had removed the tyre and mended it! Such kindness is unheard of nowadays- so I would like to say thankyou to Conor and the guy who mended my car. Obviously I completely recommend this company and will be returning for any work needing to be done - and will expect to pay next time! Thank you for restoring my faith a little that there are some nice people in the world. xx"

"Absolutely brilliant! had a hire car with severe wall vibration, we were on a long trip from Cornwall to Nottingham and ETB got the car in, balanced the wheels, gave the car a tyre check and had us on our way within 30mins... Couldn't have ever asked for more!"
