"(Richmond) I recently had to take my car into the garage and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Firstly, getting an appointment was a breeze. They were able to book me in quickly, and I was able to drop my car off the night before which was incredibly convenient for my schedule. The next day I received a call before lunch informing me that my car was ready. Very happy with the efficiency but what stood out even more was the pricing. I always dread the bill at the end but the price they told me it was going to be when I booked my car in, was the price at the end also. They by far have the best rates I’ve seen compared to all the other garages in the area. It’s refreshing to find a place that provides top-notch service without breaking the bank! I believe the gentleman who I dealt with was called Lee, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. Overall, I highly recommend Swale Auto Services for anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs."
