"Pulled up this morning and was greeted by a friendly gent that welcomed us in and offered complimentary tea or coffee. We explained our situation and that we had something stuck in our tire. The fitter come back after taking the wheel off and showed us what was stuck in the tire it was obvious that the hole was to big for a repair. The gent then spoke us through our options it was decided we needed a replacement tire. We were offered different tires to fit different budget I thought this was great as there was no hard sell the decision was left to me on what I needed or wanted. The tire was changed promptly in no time at all. Customer service was fantastic & prices were reasonable too. Once finished the gent explained the puncture repair policy this was a fantastic bonus and worth checking out. Overall we had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend especially for a fast turn around. Since this visit I have returned for 3 more new tires after a MOT. Again unmatched service quick and easy they had all of my details stored with in one hour of failing an mot the tires were replaced I was able to get retested same day as the tires were sorted so fast and back on the road"
