"Been to stone tyres many times and not once have they let me down! Popped in today due to a nail in my tyre and they got it sorted within the hour. Bonus was Winnie the little sausage pup. "We have been going to Stone tyres for a number of years now and have always been provided with an amazing service. Today, I called Stone Tyres just over an hour and half before they were closing, in very desperate need of a new tyre. I was greeted by Gwen, who we have met before and have always been dealt with in the most professional and friendly manner. I explained to Gwen I had a puncture and needed help ASAP. Although they did not have tyres already in stock, Gwen sourced these immediately from their supplier and John Stone went straight out to collect these whilst I made my way to them. The service they provide is next to no other, just outstanding. Gwen explained everything to me in great detail regarding tyre size for my car, tyre pressure etc. I left their garage very happy, and feeling secure knowing that my tyres have free puncture repair for life, I can call if I want the health of my tyres checking and even if I need air!! :-) They really do have 5* for a reason. I drove away happy with 4 brand new tyres. Outstanding as always, thank you guys so much x"
