"Had my leisure battery changed on an old campervan, it was stuck in and the mounting plate had rusted and seized up so it was a bit of a job. But immediately Sam got to work on it, and other colleagues helped and all together, even though it ran on after closing time, they all helped to get it sorted so that I would have some electricity in my van and be warm at night. They have a mountain of experience between them. I felt I was in good hands. Sam went the extra mile and I was very satisfied with the service. I would definately go again."

"SO FAR SO GOOD! I have just moved garage as I had lost trust in my old one. Its SO important to have trust and respect for the garage that you call your own. A vehicle is not just something that gets you from A to B but something you rely on for safety and your adventures. I have now used ETB for a number of tasks including tire changes, seized break calipers and MOTs on 2 cars and a van. So far I have been helped by 2 team members, Ella on reception and Darren who is the Manager. Ella has been extremely helpful and friendly and considering she doesnt drive seems to know A LOT about cars! Darren has talked me through the issues and explained the work that needs doing. As an Mechanical Engineer I want to understand the work being done and the options that I have, so his willingness to be transparent with me is key. Although 1 of the MOTs through out some painful truths, the repair work was largely anticipated from previous MOT advisories so I have good reason the think they are trustworthy. This week one of my coil springs snapped and the team were able to book me in to inspect same day and repair the next.
