"After being let down by a national motoring chain (twice!) for a prebooked service and MOT, I threw a Hail Mary and booked online for a service and MOT the night before with Binley Woods Service Centre as the booking site said they had a slot. When I turned up for the appointment they had not yet received the booking so had no record of me. However, the staff and technicians were absolute legends and took my car in anyway. I would have been happy if, on a busy Saturday morning, they could just have done an MOT, but they went above and beyond - completing a full service too. Thanks to all the team!"
