"I booked the car in here for the first time for its MOT about 2 weeks before it was due. I asked what time to drop the car off and was told between 8.30am - 9am. When I turned up the manager was trying to send me to a different garage that he owned. I tried to tell him I had prebooked it here but he said it would be finished quicker if I took it over. In the end I didn't. I asked how quickly it would be finished and I was told quickly, but the latest time would be lunch time. Around 12.15 I got a call to say it was ready to collect from where I dropped it off. The MOT had a few advisories and I asked for a price to get the work done. The young lad didnt know but said his boss would call me with a price. I didn't receive a call so I assumed they don't want the work. Overall not a bad experience and the car was back with me within a few hours. Charged just £40."
