"Dug us out of a hole. We had an issue with our exhaust on Thursday evening and got the recovery people to drop the car outside the shop in the early hours. We went back at opening time and the manager there bent over backwards to fit us in to an already fully booked day. 2 hours later, we were back on the road. Faultless and trustworthy customer service. Edited to add: Got silly prices from a Toyota main dealer for disks, pads, a drop link and rear suspension. Tony got my car in the air and confirmed you could do everything except the rear suspension. He then suggested where I could go for that part to be done. In total, the advice has saved me over £600. Brakes and drop link sorted in just under an hour. Good bunch at this place."
