"I have taken my car to Treads for quite a few years now for my annual MOT and I’ve always had excellent service. I have always felt in safe hands. Today proved this, I received excellent customer service from Geoff (sorry if the spelling is incorrect), he rang to say my MOT had failed and asked if I would like them to do the job. I felt no pressure to say yes at all but said yes as I felt reassured they could sort the issue. A pump was ordered for my windscreen washer. However, when I arrived at the garage he said they had found the problem and I did not need the pump costing me a significant amount less. I would not have questioned the new pump as there was an issue but this is proof that I was in safe hands and NOT ripped off at Treads. Thank you a very happy customer."
