They looked at the car straight away, checking everything that could’ve been wrong. When we didn’t think we could get the car on the road, they even offered to drop us off at the nearest train station. Luckily, they managed to fix it for us and we got to drive it away. "(Richmond) I recently had to take my car into the garage and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Firstly, getting an appointment was a breeze. They were able to book me in quickly, and I was able to drop my car off the night before which was incredibly convenient for my schedule. The next day I received a call before lunch informing me that my car was ready. Very happy with the efficiency but what stood out even more was the pricing. I always dread the bill at the end but the price they told me it was going to be when I booked my car in, was the price at the end also. They by far have the best rates I’ve seen compared to all the other garages in the area. It’s refreshing to find a place that provides top-notch service without breaking the bank! I believe the gentleman who I dealt with was called Lee, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process smooth and hassle free.
