"I have been contacted to advise the garage is under new management - I will give them another try as the MOT guy was brilliant. ****** Having left my review surefix have contacted me to change it... Thanks for the call, I still. Feel the MOT chap was brilliant and was kind enough to review issues with me. But still feel that the booking system is less than on par. Surefix - If there were issues on the day, you should have explained during the call, but telling me to change my review is not how the review system works. I am sorry that I do not fit your normal customer demographics of people who can leave their car for a few hours, and wanted to book my car in for an inspection time. _------------- Living the other side of town, dropping the car off is not convenient. Initial booking for an MOT was achievable at short notice, but was a little disorganised. Attended at 12 to be told it will be 1pm, then was waiting at reception / trying to find the guy. 30 mins later the car was finally being tested. Their desire for the car to be left was something I don't want to do. The car failed and I asked the tester to explain. Amazing chap who took time to show me the faults... He was really good and took time to show and explain. Tried to book retest. Communication over the phone was difficult. I was asked which tester had tested my car? The option was to leave it for them to fit it in. I attended and tried to resolve face to face. They advised if I could leave it, they would try and sort. I was told there were 4 people waiting on site? Trying to get a time they were free, they insisted they would call me later. Taking my number In a diary that had zero MOT appointment in it that they were using on my last appointment.... I feel if they had decent booking and organisation, this would be a good place as the mot tester was brilliant!"
