My partner had ordered the wrong tyre, and the gentleman who dealt with me pointed this out immediately and explained why it was wrong, went in the back and checked, then offered me either a budget or mid-range tyre (both for less money). Did a swift job of swapping the tyre for me and no problems since. It is a world of difference to my own experience of buying tyres from a new garage in the past, and a really pleasant experience. I felt respected and safe, trust them not to overcharge, and would recommend them to anyone.
