"I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from your team recently. I had booked a mobile fitter to come and replace a tyre following an advisory from my MOT regarding a screw in the tread. When the fitter arrived, he inspected the tyre and was completely transparent in his assessment, informing me that there was no need to replace the tyre as the screw had not caused any damage and was merely caught in the tread. He went on to remove the screw and, as a goodwill gesture, did not charge for the service. I truly appreciated this honesty, as I feel that other companies might have just replaced the tyre unnecessarily and taken the money. This level of integrity really stood out to me. Additionally, the service from your telephone operator was excellent. She went out of her way to help me arrange an earlier time slot, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I am very impressed with the service I received from start to finish and look forward to using your company for my future needs. Thank you again for a great experience."
