"Took a wheel & tyre here for an attempted plug repair on a puncture. I was explicit in requesting a phone call if the tyre need to be replaced. The garage fitted a new tyre without calling. Whilst the price was good and it was accomplished the same day, I think it is poor practice to proceed with repairs & replacement services not authorised by the customer."

"First time using these guys and won't be the last! Took my car in due to excessive steering wheel judder and had been informed by a previous garage that it was caused by a buckled alloy, I was informed within an hour or so of dropping my car off that the front tyres weren't in great condition, just picked my car up and had a lovely smooth drive home. 1.
