"What brilliant customer service - Dev saved the day. Having to leave for Norfolk tomorrow on a family emergency and my wipers packed up. I whizzed down to Halfords to purchase new wipers but when I got back home to fit them they didn't fit (when I was told they would) - what a nightmare. Not knowing what to do I drove down to Pan Auto, who I have used in the past, and luckily Dev step in by organising a rapid delivery drop of new wipers, which did fit, and fixed them for me there and then. I can now leave tomorrow at 7am as planned. In driving my car to the front of the building Dev discovered another problem with my car (I had noticed it myself, but hadn't bothered to have it fixed), anyway, I will have Pan Auto fix that problem after Christmas. "So, I used to go to Pan Autos back in the day when it was in South Down. What a difference. My Wind Screen Wipers stopped working and my suspension had broken too. I Spoke to Dev, he couldn't have been more helpful. They got my van in quickly. Fixed a part rather than give me new and that would have cost me more.
