"Pan Autos went above and beyond to fix my vehicle, on a Friday night, past hours. I can not thank you enough. I volunteer for Rennie Grove Hospice as an adverse weather driver. On the rare occasion we receive a significant amount of snow fall, I can get a phone call from one of their Dr’s (any time of the day/night). I am to pick them up and drive them to a patient in need. Late one Friday evening my vehicle developed an issue and snow had been forecast over that weekend. I explained to them my predicament. I was not expecting them to take a look right away; nor was I expecting them to fix the issue but they did. People rely on Rennie Grove Hospice, I have in the past. They made a very difficult time, easier. Pan Autos showed me a similar level of support. Pan Autos did not have to help me out there and then; they chose to out of kindness. Thank you."
