"My older car, which I have owned almost from new and taken great pride in looking after for 11 years, is extremely sensitive when it comes to wheel alignment, tracking, and balancing, and I had become used to two chain tyre shops in Bridgend rushing through the work and not achieving the standard required for a car like mine, resulting in repeated returns for re-balancing and adjustments. After one of them told me that my wheels were basically the problem, that they could not guarantee balancing them well enough to stop vibration above 70 mph, and brushed the issue off by saying I should not be driving that fast anyway, I decided to try MW Vehicle Services instead. What a difference. They took noticeably more time and said it was quite a job, but the result speaks for itself: the tracking and wheel balancing were done perfectly, and the car now drives like new — smooth at every speed with absolutely zero steering vibration. These people clearly know what they are doing and understand how to work properly on cars that require a bit more care and precision than simply servicing nearly-new vehicles all day. I honestly thought this level of craftsmanship in the trade had disappeared. Special thanks to Mark for the excellent service. Highly recommended."
