"My son has a C250 2017 Mercedes with the dash display indicating possible battery problem .After 2 diagnostic checks from well known Auto centres locally saying no problem with the battery and one saying it was a module problem with a quotation off the scale.It was around the holiday period and eventually got hold of MJP with Jo saying over the phone it could still be the battery.Mark confirmed most professionally it was the battery that he then replaced ,I was so impressed also got the car serviced for half the price of the so called faulty module previously quoted.As I am retired was able to do the searching around however if your working and can’t do that we found MJP very professional done a great job and honestly priced."
"Been using MJP in Wigan for servicing for around 2 years now after purchasing an MG ZS EV from new . As the car is a registered Uber Taxi, it is vital it's serviced every 1500 miles in accordance with the manufacturers service schedule and licence conditions. After searching for a HEVRA garage, I rang and spoken to Mark and Jo who advised they are able to Service my EV and validate my Dealer warranty same as main dealers at a fraction of the cost ,and still offer a 5* service. This was tested out recently after a trip to the MG main dealers for a warranty claim of an Led light failure, resulting in a replacement light unit The under warranty repair was granted and conducted at No cost to me by MG DIRECT even though my car had been serviced Externally by MJP WIGAN ,due to the service data and validation had been carried out correctly, which proves you don't need to go to main dealers . I'm now on my 4th service with them, as the EV service, advice and customer service is exemptional, and well worth me travelling from Liverpool, over to MJP in Wigan . 5* reviews speak for themselves, and wouldn't hesitate recommending MJP Wigan to other EV owners or petrol/ diesel/ hybrid car owners as I have previously to Uber customers etc ."
"From 1st initial enquiry to my car being completed, Jo's customer service was second to none.. My car went in for a Wetbelt replacement and they also fitted me in for new front brake pads and discs.. Super happy with the work done, what a difference it's made to my cars performance.. Huge thanks to Jan, Mark and the team for the work done.. Highly recommended, 5 *"
"After contacting various garages and auto electricians with no success ...MJP was the only one that got back to me for which iam hugely grateful for ...I was having problems with my ford focus..the speedometer and rev counter wasn't working 😕 however unexpectedly it was working again so thought best to have it checked just incase....Joanne instantly put my mind at ease after seeing her and explaining the situation ..herself and Mark are trustworthy and genuinely nice people with expert knowledge 🥰 top class !!!! "Had my car serviced here today, my first time using this place but won’t be the last… what a smooth process. Spoke to Jo originally (can I just say how friendly and helpful she is!) who sorted out the pick up and drop off of my car when I needed it. Service was finished earlier than stated and dropped off to me as promised. Absolutely amazing, could not recommend this place enough. Thank you ☺️"
"I contacted MJP Autocentre regarding a malfunctioning handbrake and spoke with Jo, who was extremely helpful over the phone. The vehicle was booked in and the team quickly checked the car and installed a new handbrake. During the inspection, they discovered that a piece of wood had been lodged in the mechanism near the worn teeth – clearly used as a temporary fix before the car was sold. This was identified straight away, and I was provided with a full detailed report. Excellent service, professional throughout, and I’d highly recommend MJP Autocentre."

"Fabulous service. My Mini Cooper had the management light on all the time, the TPM would not reset. It was like Blackpool lights on the dash. Took it to MJP Auto Centre. They diagnosed the vaults, rang me to update me before sorting out the issues, Price agreed and less than 24 hours later, I collected the car. Cannot say enough on how professional the team was. I would highly recommend these guys. If you have a fault light, give them a bell, you won’t be disappointed. Brian"
