"There seems to be new staff who are not communicating information correctly. Given 7.30 as mot time but that was a drop off and leave time. Told 8.30 on a Sunday to drop off for work to be completed for collection Monday and car booked in for Monday not Sunday. Asked for tyres not to be ordered but ordered. Had three phone calls to ask collection time even though I had said it in person and told twice before on phone. Although work carried out well and at a sensible price I was disappointed in the coms side of things"
