"I went into the garage today panicking over a rattling noise in my car. The staff were lovely and got the car on the ramp straight away and took a look. After a few minutes they said showed me a photo from under the car and said it was just a shield that had come loose causing a rattling and that they'd fixed it and I was good to go. They wouldn't take any money for this service and I was in and out in a few minutes. "Took my car in this morning with a flat Tyre, freezing morning at 8.00am. I was received with a very warm smile from Ash with a warm welcome. My Tyre change went from a simple Tyre change to getting an external company to come remove the special wheel nuts which the tool I had was rounded off. Ash snd his team made sure that all this was dealt with very professionally. They could have easily said sorry but we cannot do this job as your tool is rounded off and you need to buy a new one snd come back.....but they done the opposite and sorted it out.
