"This is a very good garage, the work gets done in good time. The mechanic who worked on my car was professional and courteous. He was very understanding and helpful too. I'd highly recommend him and his work. I was also kept up to date about the progress of the repairs and the costs were always transparent. The only reason for this being a four star review and not a five is because I said multiple times my car has an issue with the locking mechanism and has to be locked in a certain way. I did reiterate this when dropping it off and was told my car would go inside at night and there's cameras everywhere. When I went to collect it, the car was unlocked. I did point this out and was told once again, there's cameras everywhere but I was just concerned about the items left in my car as it was in a busy location where anyone could have just walked down to the garage whilst no one was looking, opened the doors then helped themselves to the contents of my car. Also, I also found it a bit rude there were several members of staff around who saw me struggling to remove my daughter's car seat from my car and put it into the courtesy car then back again when I went to collect it. Both times, they all just stood and stared at me whilst I struggled. A bit of kindness in helping could have gone a long way!"
