"I honestly can’t recommend Kam Servicing highly enough. Yes, my bill ended up being a little higher than I originally expected, but that was because my car hadn’t had a proper service for almost two years, so there was more work to do than I realised. What really stood out was the honesty and transparency throughout. Every question I asked was answered patiently. Nothing was brushed aside or made to feel like a silly question. Everything that needed doing was explained clearly, why it mattered, and what my options were. That level of communication gave me complete confidence that I was paying for work my car genuinely needed. I actually drove an hour to Derby because I wanted a mechanic I could trust, and it was absolutely worth it. Too often you take your car somewhere, you’re handed a huge bill with very little explanation, and you’re left wondering if you’ve been taken advantage of. That wasn’t my experience here at all.
