"Had a puncture while in the area on holiday. Needed it sorted asap and fearing the worst I made an appointment here for a new tyre. When I arrived the very helpful mechanic offered to repair the tyre, which he did successfully at a fraction of the cost of replacing the tyre. Some places I've used in the past wouldn't have even suggested that and just taken the money!"

"I've lived in Llanelli for 17 years, but I’ve never had a "go-to" garage. Some places were affordable but never stuck to the promised repair times, while others were expensive yet lacked the actual expertise. ​Then, a friend recommended this place. From the start, the customer service was excellent. They truly listened to my situation; even though they couldn't book me in immediately, they suggested I drop the car off at opening time two days later, and they would fit it in whenever they had a gap. ​On the day of the appointment, I got a call saying the repair was finished just over an hour after I’d dropped it off. Because of their empathy, great communication, and fast problem-solving, I am definitely becoming a regular here. I’ll leave another review after I’ve used them a few more times."
