"Took my car on Tuesday because I had noticed a creaking sound anytime I reversed. I really didn’t think there was an issue but wanted to take it to be safe. They took it in and managed to find the issue was caused by a snapped coil spring and Informed me the parts would be available in the morning and they would get straight on to it. Got a message mid afternoon Wednesday to advise my car was ready. When driving home I did notice a small issue and reported it back to them straight away, they took the car back for me same day, had it inspected and looked over , and returned to me on the Thursday. They were completely honest the whole way through , they explained what had happened after I had collected my car the first time and showed genuine apology to me .
