"Went to Hi Speed Tyres & Exhausts in Nelson at 08:15 this morning as one of my front tyres was showing mesh. They didn’t have my specific tyres in stock first thing, but instead of telling me to come back another day, they said: “Come back at 11 and we’ll have them delivered from our storage unit.” Exactly as promised, they sorted it the same morning. That’s what I call proper customer service. I’ve seen some comments locally about price increases under new management. But realistically, with inflation, supplier costs, prices everywhere have gone up. When it comes to tyres the only thing connecting your car to the road, safety should come before trying to save a few pounds. Especially with the kind of weather and roads we get around here. For me, the service, communication and quick turnaround were spot on. No upselling, just got the job done properly and safely. Would definitely recommend."
