"The manager is always super helpful whenever I take my car in for tyres and tracking and little niggles. He is trustworthy and honest and doesn’t take advantage of a woman who knows nothing about cars. I tell him what the issue is and he always gives good advice. Tracking done today 10 June - and also asked him to check my brakes which as they were loud and very squeaky. They turned out to be fine. He suggested taking the pads off and roughing them up. He did it in 5 mins and at no charge. Little things like that go along way and prompted my review……. After 18mths of squeaking he solved the issue that everyone else has fobbed me off.
