"Saved my skin: I went outside to my car on Tuesday morning, to find the front right hand side had collapsed, and the car was almost undriveable. The front spring had snapped in half. Called in to Front St but it's the week before Christmas and they were busy all week. However Stuart agreed to let me leave my car with them on the understanding that they'd try to get it repaired by Friday, when they close for a fortnight for Christmas. I got a phone call Weds afternoon - all done, and at a very fair price. Stuart really saved my skin as I desperately needed my car for over the holidays. Always a 100% professional, courteous service at a fair price. The only garage I will use now in Shotton / Peterlee."

"Had a breakdown on A19 this morning, the AA picked me up and I went to Front Street Garage as I have just moved into area and is around the corner to me, I spoke to Stu and lady on the desk who were extremely helpful and profesional, I explained the issue and that I was at work for next 6 days after today, I left car with garage and was hoping to get the work completed prior to starting work the next night, but obviously no promises. Got a phonecall later on the same day in the evening saying car was ready to collect. Absolute fantastic customer service and very good price, I actually was over the moon getting my car back in such a quick timescale. I will be using this garage as from now on definitely be using the garge going forwards, I cant speak highly enough of the service they provide. Andy"
