"I was on holiday in the area with my family when I noticed a rattling sound coming from my exhaust on the way down. I called E&M to explain the issue, and they kindly offered to take a look the following day, knowing we were heading home in a couple of days. When I arrived, I was welcomed promptly and politely. After a road test, the team identified not only the exhaust issue but also a minor problem with the spring and shock absorber. We agreed to go ahead with both repairs, and I was asked to return later on that day. To my surprise, they even offered to drop me off and pick me up—fantastic service! True to their word, they collected me that afternoon and brought me back to the garage. The work was completed flawlessly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was.
