"I had a battery issue which could have been catastrophic. I was driving at rashes green and had just bought a new battery as I knew it needed replacing, as I was driving home for my dad to fit the battery, I noticed smoke coming from the battery, I quickly pulled in to Dereham autos and jumped out of the car, grabbed my baby from the back and ran into the office in hysterics! I was petrified that my car was about to blow up with me and my baby inside! Everybody in the office jumped straight into action and were so supportive to me too, they helped me to calm down and kept me well informed with updates on the situation. Thank god there was no more damage to the engine apart from the old battery. I cannot thank the guys enough for how they handled the situation and they said it is a very rare problem that has occurred. I would recommend them to anybody. I didn’t have time to ring in and prebook etc, and they still didn’t hesitate to help me straight away. They even helped get my baby’s pram out the back so I could walk us home.
