"This was an emergency situation needing a vehicle to have a visual rear axle check and for tracking to be measured as part of a difficult decision as to whether to repair a Cat N potential write off. Dropped in on the Monday to explain the situation, called them on the Tuesday to book in and turned up as agreed on the Wednesday.
