"My daughter had 2 new tyres fitted to her car by another tyre fitter, and when she came home there was an awful noise from them. We couldn't see the tyre fitter as they had packed up and gone home, so we took the car to ETB Stratford. The guy on reception asked us to take a seat and explained that they were busy and short staffed! I was therefore expecting a wait of some time and her car was packed and ready to go for her trip to Manchester Uni. Well.......we were attended to in no time at all, the car was rectified of the fault that the other tyre fitters had caused, everything was explained to us and they insisted that there was no payment to be made for their time. WOW!!.... How refreshing to have been given such excellent service and with no charge, especially as the tyres had been fitted elsewhere! I wish to say a HUGE thank you to the two men that sorted it all out for her. Needless to say I was comforted by the fact that she would have a safe trip to Uni. Absolutely wonderful service.
