"I cannot praise them enough. Had a slow puncture in the rear near-side wheel for months which could not be identified - required inflating every week. After replacing the tyres (through wear), the issue continued. ETB, Ross-on-Wye traced the problem to corrosion on the inside of the alloy wheel. They arranged for an off-side welder to make repair and then refitted the tyre. Exemplary service, thank you."

"Had to call in to have tyre checkef for puncture. Unfortunatley the puncture was in the side wall of the tyre so would have to be replaced. The matching tyre was not avaiable from ETB so they put my spare temporary wheel on for me. As we were were on our touring caravan holiday we would have been unable to tow the caravan home to the Rhondda. Fortunatley I had kept a spare tyre after the 4 new ones that were fitted last week where I live, so I made a 3 hour round trip to pick up the spare ( without caravan) back home last night. Today I went back to ETB and they were able to change the tyre for me so I am now able to tow on Monday. Big thanks for excellent help and service."
