"I cannot thank them enough—they were an absolute lifesaver. I was travelling from Middlesbrough when I discovered a screw lodged in one of my tyres, just minutes before closing time. Despite this, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally polite and went out of his way to assist me without hesitation. "I don't get my tyres from anywhere else. They genuinely know their stuff here, are really helpful and not pushy at all. Prices are competitive and easy to view online so no surprises. Parking is limited and tight and they are in high demand so get very busy at times- definitely worth checking when their quieter times are and ringing ahead if you are in a rush. If not in a rush, a trip can be combined with a nice gentle stroll into Ross for a nice coffee and cake at one of the many independent cafes. Basically, I highly recommend this place and the staff!"

"What a 5* service. Jason saved the day, I had my engine warning light come on near Ross on Wye on a weekend trip to Hay on Wye from Worcestershire and luckily managed to get to ETB. Jason found the time to fit us in, check what the warning was after ‘plugging the car in’ - reassured us it wasn’t serious, the warning light was cleared and we were on our way again within half an hour. No further problems. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!! 😁"
